Checklists & sign-offs

Who still owes you a signature. Each station owner signs their own item; a signed item locks. The last item on Orientation — Day 1 is the Lead TS cleared for solo gate, which is what unblocks activation in Command.

Curriculum content is authored in Vault; assigning it snapshots the tracks onto the person so sign-offs live on their record. Completing a checklist files a Vault reference and archives it.

Due dates are computed — 30/60/90 from the hire date, quarterly and securement from the last completion, annual from the last refresher. Camera check-ins come from each driver's solo date. Same math Command uses.

Monthly safety video

Who has watched this month's video, and who still owes it. Name the video first — a month with no video on record owes nobody anything. Drivers hired after a video was posted are not counted against it.

Everyone Still owing

Marking somebody watched records the date, your email and the time. Click a green Watched button again to undo it. Nothing is stored for a driver who has not watched — the unwatched state is worked out on the fly, so the list stays right when people join or leave.

Training schedule

The full month. Retraining due dates, Samsara camera check-ins and the monthly safety video are generated automatically — on-road training, orientation days and one-offs you add yourself.
